Making each cup takes 1-3 business days. All cups are made when ordered.

Wash by hand only or the vinyl may come off.

Refunds will not be given after the product has left the building unless proven it was broken in transport. Pictures will be required upon refund request if product is shipped.

If you live near me, look out for am email about your preferred method; outside of the area will be shipped and I'm not sure on shipping times.
